Michael Guckes joined the board in July 2026, beginning a three-year elected term. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Kenyon College and his M.B.A. from The Ohio State University. Michael has worked across several industries including finance, manufacturing, and construction. He has served as Chief Economist at ConstructConnect since 2024.
Michael and his wife Susan have three children — Caroline, Micah, and Annabelle. The older two are in Mars Hill’s rhetoric and logic schools while the youngest has yet to begin kindergarten. The family attends Faith Church in Milford.
