Mr. Hall served for three years as an elected board member and then joined as an appointed board member. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Bowling Green State University, and an M.S. in Environmental Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Hall is a licensed professional engineer with over 30 years of experience working for the City of Cincinnati at the Metropolitan Sewer District. He and his wife Patsy (MHA Office Manager) have two adult children, both MHA graduates. They attend Grace Bible Presbyterian Church in Sharonville.
