Lisa Knodel serves as Mars Hill Academy’s Advancement Director, where she leads the school’s development, marketing, and communications efforts. With more than 25 years of experience in journalism and school communications, she delights in sharing the story of how the Lord is using Mars Hill Academy to build His Kingdom through the lives of students, faculty, and families.
A graduate of Covenant College, Lisa and her husband, Chris, were drawn to Mars Hill when their daughter was just three years old—captivated by the school’s commitment to a fully-integrated Christian worldview. Now, with one graduate and one upper school son, they continue to see the fruit of that vision.
The Knodels are members of Southwest Ohio Reformed Presbyterian Church. As a family, they're often moving between athletic fields and theater performances or matching wits during a friendly game night.
