Katy Bell loves teaching young children, many of whom have never been away from home, because it offers a unique opportunity to help them feel safe and loved in the classroom. It is her greatest joy engaging their personalities, nurturing their independence, and helping them gain the confidence they need to become lifelong learners.
In addition to teaching preschool and serving as a teacher's aide at MHA, Katy has 21 years of experience in pediatrics. She attends The Village Church in Hamilton and serves on the music team with her husband. Katy and her husband of 20 years Jon have a lively five-year-old daughter Reegan at MHA.
