Abbie Patrick, Assistant Director

Abbie began teaching fifth grade at Mars Hill this
year, but she has been involved in theatre since she
was in third grade. She has participated in a variety
of productions, both on and off stage, with PEP
Drama, Inspiring Arts Productions, and the Hillsdale
College Tower Players. She was most recently seen
on stage as Alice in IAP's Horizons of Gold. Abbie is
thankful for the opportunity to bring her experience
and ideas to the MHA theater department, and she is
especially thankful to be able to work on such a thought-provoking show
as Our Town. When not in the theatre, Abbie can be found playing games
with her family or searching for a good cup of coffee. Soli Deo Gloria!

Jenna Minick, Student Director

Jenna, a ninth-grader at Mars Hill, served as assistant student director
for You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Arsenic and
Old Lace and has performed on stage in several
productions, including The Phantom Tollbooth, The
Wind and the Willows, and Tales from China. Jenna’s
favorite scene from Our Town is when Mr. Webb and
George eat breakfast the morning of the wedding,
which teaches us “how we should enjoy every minute
of life, even the boring parts.” When Jenna isn’t
assisting with a show, she enjoys playing volleyball or
hanging out with friends and family.
