Jenna Minick, Stage Manager
Sophomore Jenna Minick has helped behind the scenes in shows
such as Our Town, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Arsenic and
Old Lace, and performed on stage as the Jailor’s Daughter in The
Wind in the Willows and Princess Rhyme in The Phantom Tollbooth. Her
favorite scene from Hello, Dolly! is Dolly’s interaction with Mrs.
Rose. Through this show, Jenna has learned how to work with a
larger cast. When she’s not managing the chaos of a production, you
you can find her playing volleyball or hanging out with friends and family.

Jeff Smith, Accompanist
Jeff is a prolific composer, arranger, and producer, owning
Whirlwind Production, Inc. He has produced musical entertainment
for Kings Island Theme Park, the Rose Bowl, Sea World, Disney
World, and Tokyo Disney and written for various corporate events,
films, theater productions, and custom events. He has thoroughly
enjoyed accompanying and rehearsing this talented group of
students for the past couple of months in preparation for this
production of Hello Dolly!

Julie Smith, Conductor
Julie is the seventh through twelfth grade music teacher at Mars
Hill Academy and is blessed to have her incredibly talented
husband, Jeff, accompanying her each day in the classroom. The
fun they are having in the classroom has easily translated to a fun
rehearsal period for Hello Dolly! Julie had the pleasure of teaching
music to many of these students when they were in Kindergarten
through third grade at MHA, so it is a true delight to be back
working with these talented students again!
