Advancing Mission and Vision

As a classical, Christian School, Mars Hill Academy is committed to
providing an education that integrates faith and learning and nurtures
the hearts and minds of our students. Our strategic plan — which was
developed over the course of a year and implemented for the 2022-2023
school year — focuses on enhancing our academic programs,
extracurricular activities, and campus facilities to support our growing
mission and vision. This update highlights the progress made through
the 2024–2025 school year.

Growing Our Future

Goal: Increase enrollment from 305 in 2022-2023 to 370 students by
2028-2029 school year. Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year was
343.
Strategy: Enhance academic programs, extracurricular activities, and
campus facilities.
Logic Curriculum: Beginning with the Class of 2030, Logic will be
taught over three semesters instead of four. The spring of their
eighth grade year they will apply their inductive and deductive
reasoning skills in a new semester-long Physical Science.
High School Science Sequence: A more focused progression begins
in ninth grade with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Astronomy,
with science electives available senior year to expand study
opportunities.

Installed new campus storage unit to meet growing logistical
needs.
