Cast Members
Liam Bedinghaus (Ensemble, Cook), an eighth grader at Mars
Hill Academy, has performed in Tales from China, The Wind in the
Willows, and Wizard of Oz. His most memorable role? A feisty
ferret in The Wind in the Willows—a part that gave him the most
lines he’s ever had! Liam’s favorite number from Hello, Dolly! is
“Hello, Dolly!” By participating in this show, Liam has learned
how to dance. When not on stage, you can find him reading,
playing LEGOs, or playing football and wiffle ball with his
brothers. He sends a heartfelt thank-you to his parents for their unwavering support
and countless drives to rehearsal.
Eighth grader Kai Conrad’s (Ensemble, Waiter) most recent
involvement in theater was working behind the scenes as part of
the tech crew in Our Town. His favorite song from Hello, Dolly! is
“Call on Dolly.” Through this production, Kai has discovered the
virtue of patience—especially during long rehearsals! Offstage, he
enjoys playing lacrosse and spending time with friends. He extends
a big thank-you to his parents for their time and dedication in
getting him to every rehearsal.
Esther Costa (Ensemble), a seventh grader, most recently took the
stage as Boq in Wizard of Oz. Her favorite Hello, Dolly! song is “Put
on Your Sunday Clothes.” Through her participation in this show,
Esther has discovered that she loves singing and dancing more than
she thought. Her hobbies include sketching, listening to music, and
cuddling with her cat. She would like to thank her friends and family
for sticking with her.
