Junior Evan Sheldon (Ensemble, Waiter) is excited to be a part of
Hello, Dolly! and has been performing since fourth grade. Some of
his favorite roles include Ben Gunn in Treasure Island, Howie
Newsome in Our Town, the dead body in Arsenic and Old Lace, and
Pig Pen in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Though he may seem
like a seasoned actor, his secret dream is to become a professional
yodeler. Outside of theater, Evan enjoys playing soccer, running
track, dancing, and video games. He’s also a collector with a
growing collection of LEGO sets and cool bottles. He thanks Director Miss Patrick for
making the magic happen on stage and Mrs. Knodel for making the magic happen with
playbill bios.
Joshua Sheldon (Ensemble, Waiter) is an eighth grader, and Hello,
Dolly! marks his first experience in theater. He has discovered how
much he enjoys being on stage with “Waiters’ Gallop” standing out
as his favorite song from the show. Outside of performing, Joshua
enjoys playing basketball or just relaxing. He extends his thanks to
Miss Patrick for her dedication and effort in directing the show.
Elliana Spiers (Ensemble) is an eighth grader with a number of past
roles: Tinman in Wizard of Oz, Mole in The Wind in the Willows, and
Pear Blossom in Tales from China. Her favorite song from Hello, Dolly!
is the lively and humorous “Dancing.” As a member of the cast, she
has enjoyed meeting new people and seeing the songs and dances
come together into an amazing show. In addition to theater, Elliana
enjoys dancing at Christian Dance Alliance, writing stories and
poems, and playing and composing music on her guitar. Elliana
would like to thank Miss Patrick for stepping in to direct the show, as well as the other
leaders who have made Hello, Dolly! possible. She is also grateful to her family for their
support and flexibility, which have made her participation in the show possible.
